After you have visited Capital Toastmasters I once or twice, and you're ready to join, please print out the membership application (in Portable Document Format*). Fill this out, using "36" as the District Number and "876" as the Club Number. Mail it with TWO checks as detailed in "More About Capital Toastmasters I" to:

We will record your information and send your application on to Toastmasters International headquarters in California. You should receive the basic manual and some other materials in two or three weeks. If you are scheduled to give your first speech -- the "Icebreaker" -- before you receive your manual, don't worry -- a guide to giving that speech can be found under "Your First Speech."
