Fill this out, using "36" as the District Number and "876" as the Club Number. Mail it with a check as detailed in <a href="joining.htm"> "Joining Capital Toastmasters I" </a> to the treasurer, Cara Jablon:</p> Cara Jablon<br/> 4573 Indian Rock Terrace NW<br/> Washington DC 20007-2725<br/> <p>We will record your information and send your application to Toastmasters International headquarters in California. You should receive the basic manual and some other materials in two or three weeks.
