This is excellent training in how to organize and run a meeting effectively -- a skill very much in demand in Washington!</p> <p>We have some great resources that you will find useful in serving as TMOD. These items can help you plan your work, set up the agenda, and run the meeting.</p> <p>Click on each document to have it pop open in this window, or right click to "Save target as" to a convenient folder in your computer. </p> <p><a href="tmodguide.doc"> The Cap 1 TMOD Guide:</a> Capital Toastmasters I Guidelines for the TOASTMASTER OF THE DAY. In Microsoft Word format.</p> <p><a href="agendatemplate.doc">Agenda Template:</a> A Microsoft Word document in which you can put in the date and names of the participants. </p> <p><a href="agendasample.doc"> Sample Agenda:</a> How the agenda should look when you're done.</p> <p>However, you don't have to use the sample agenda; you can set it up any way you want.
